The sizzle officially returns to the Markham Fairgrounds for a massive three-day celebration of food and live music. Five of North America’s top professional "Pitmasters" will be competing and serving up award-winning BBQ smoked ribs, tender pulled pork, smoked brisket, and beef "Dino" ribs. Complete with midway rides, a variety of food trucks, and free concerts with your entry, it is a fantastic, pet-friendly outing that also supports a great cause.
