We cannot express our appreciation to Khoa and her team enough in helping us with the sales of our home and finding us our new dream home. From start to finish, Khoa and her team had minimize our stress, provided clarity in selling and purchasing of our homes and a high level of professionalism that is unmatched. Our process began with looking for a new home. Khoa and her team began the process with learning what our needs are. They do this through many conversation over coffee, taking us out to view many houses in different styles and locations and carefully taking notes of what they learnt. They did this through a dozen or so of house viewings and after about 4 weeks, they nailed it. The homes that we ended up bidding for were the ones that fit our lifestyle and the location we wished for. Before going into each bidding they sat down with us and presented us with a deep market analysis by comparing houses in the same area that were recently sold. I was sceptical at first, but after 2 failed attempts, I found that they were bang on in terms of pricing. The one thing that I appreciated the most was that at no time did I ever felt that I was pressured into bidding higher than what we were comfortable with. They were just providing us with data and let us make our own decisions and they do this with the utmost patience. We did ended up getting our dream home and the price we were comfortable with. For the selling of our home, from start to finish, they were with us. We started the process by looking through the house top to bottom. One of her team members is a contractor and he was able to point out some of the deficiencies about our home and provide suggestions to up sale our home. These involved decluttering, painting and caulking of windows and bath tubs. I decided to do the painting myself to save some money, but found myself not having enough time to do the caulking. They sent in one of their contractors to finish the caulking for a small fee and it was worth every dollar as it took away my stress. Khoa and team even came to our house to help us move some of the heavy items into storage as part of the decluttering! We then have the stager come in to make our house look like a new model home. The photography and videography teams then came in to do their parts. Through all of these activities Khoa and team led us by the hands so that things were being completed with minimal stress.
