The Jane and Finch neighborhood, a vibrant and diverse community in Toronto, is on the cusp of a monumental transformation. Over the next 15 to 20 years, the 1911 Finch Avenue West site will be reimagined into seven new blocks, introducing an impressive 4,600+ residential units across a dozen new buildings. These structures will range from mid-rises to towering structures nearly 50 storeys tall, promising a significant increase in housing options for the city.

The first phase of this ambitious project is already taking shape, slated to include six towers, green parks, vibrant retail spaces, essential community facilities, and even a daycare. All of this will be conveniently located just steps away from the highly anticipated Finch West LRT, which is currently undergoing testing and is expected to open in the coming months. While the mall will remain partially open during this initial phase, the long-term vision will see a completely transformed landscape.

Jeff Hull, President of Hullmark, emphasizes that this project holds deep significance for him, as his grandfather played a crucial role in building this very community decades ago.
