For delivery orders, customers receive an email confirmation once their order has been successfully delivered by the couriers. In case the confirmation email is not found, customers are advised to check their junk mail folder. The shop also accommodates pick-up orders, requiring customers to place their order online and select "Store Pick Up." To ensure a seamless experience, customers are requested to provide the desired pick-up time in advance, and payment must be made before pick-up. The pick-up window is available between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Saturday, at the studio's address on Tecumseth Street. While specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, deliveries to businesses generally occur between 12 pm and 4:45 pm, with residential deliveries guaranteed before 7:00 pm. The shop does not deliver on statutory holidays, and customers can view available delivery dates during checkout.
